Content Marketing Manager

Aimtal is looking for an experienced Content Marketing Manager to join our team. This is a part-time contractor position with potential for full-time hours based on performance. If you love creating and analyzing high-quality content for a variety of channels, then keep reading!

We’re looking for someone who can jump in with both feet and blow our socks off with their writing skills, creativity, and resourcefulness. You will work closely with our account managers on many client projects to write content for a variety of marketing channels including, but not limited to social media, digital advertising, websites, blogs, email, video scripts, long-form content like guides or whitepapers, and case studies. The ideal candidate has a passion for writing and marketing and is able to turn technical information and ideas into compelling, easy-to-understand insights for our clients’ audiences. 

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Research, write, create, and edit various types of content such as social media posts blogs, advertising captions, eBooks, guides, landing pages, and emails 
  • Inform and assist in the development of content strategies for Aimtal’s clients that result in high engagement and performance 
  • Assist in creating, monitoring, and reporting on advertising campaigns for the various types of content noted above
  • Evaluate and measure the success of content marketing projects and tasks 
  • Ability to assist with other content marketing tasks, such as image creation if needed
  • Perform and execute various marketing administrative tasks
  • Provide excellent client services and support 

About You

You may be a good fit for this role if…

 

  • You have a passion to create, and when you create, you always think of the person who will experience the content you produce. 
  • You have at least 3 years of content marketing experience, preferably in the tech industry or a related field.
  • You can identify and understand big picture ideas as well as the granular details (your friends say you’re always the one to find a typo).  
  • You’re technically savvy and like to stay in-the-know with the latest digital trends and technology. 
  • You have used (and like to use) digital and martech tools like Trello, Slack, HubSpot, Google Analytics, and WordPress. 
  • You have experience with advertising on social media platforms and Google.
  • You can effectively self-manage your tasks and deadlines and prefer to work remotely. 
  • You demonstrate the following qualities and skills:
    • Leadership and an ability to inspire others 
    • A collaborative spirit and focus on community
    • Intellectual curiosity and analytical strength 
    • Creativity to generate new solutions to existing challenges
