Webflow Developer (Contractor)

About The Role

We are looking for an experienced, freelance Webflow Developer for a one-time project to develop and build a Webflow website based on design layouts created in Figma. This project will require a migration of content from WordPress to Webflow. Qualified candidates will also have experience developing custom Lottie animations. You will work directly with the Aimtal creative team to develop and build the Webflow website based on their designs.

This is a contractor position for a 3-month project starting in July.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and build a Webflow website for desktop and mobile.
  • Deliver high fidelity and quality web development work that are identical to the design layouts presented on Figma.
  • Provide feedback and ideas for improving website performance, structure, and design.
  • Work closely with the creative team to develop, implement, and ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
  • Develop and implement Lottie animations based on custom graphics.
  • Ensure and manage the migration of content from WordPress to the Webflow CMS
  • Standardize the Webflow build and processes enabling our team to scale our site efficiently using Webflow’s CMS features
  • Perform usability testing and cross platform testing on multiple devices and browsers
  • Support go-live and launch of new website in Webflow
  • Assist with final live deployment on Webflow hosting and connection to domain
  • Optimize the website for maximum speed, scalability, SEO, and responsiveness.

  • Proven experience with Webflow development and implementations confirmed by a strong portfolio of successful projects
  • Solid understanding of HTML, JavaScript, Advanced CSS, Lottie animations, and responsive development
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Experience with migrating websites from WordPress to Webflow
  • Experience with CMS collections and blog management
  • Consulting skills and proactiveness to propose and brainstorm ideas
  • Attention to detail
