Aimtal is looking for an experienced Marketing Graphic Designer to join our team. If you love creating high-quality, eye-catching designs and contributing to multi-channel marketing campaigns, then keep reading! 

We’re looking for someone who can jump in with both feet and blow our socks off with their marketing skills, creativity, analytical mindset, and resourcefulness.

You will work closely with our account managers and senior designers on many client projects to create, execute, and analyze marketing materials for a variety of channels including, but not limited to social media, digital advertising, websites, print advertising, email, sales materials, and long-form PDF content like guides, whitepapers, or case studies.

The ideal candidate has a passion for marketing and is able to turn technical content into beautiful, clean designs for our clients’ audiences.

About The Role

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Create and manage digital and print designs for clients, specifically for marketing campaigns, websites, social media channels, and advertising
  • Create branded images for social media platforms and digital advertising platforms
  • Design long-form content, such as downloadable guides/checklists, collateral for sales teams, infographics, and more
  • Apply basic animation and video editing skills, mostly for social media.
  • Create branded documents for client teams to use, such as PowerPoint presentation templates and Word documents
  • Provide informed recommendations on design direction, brand image, and project scope to both Aimtal’s internal team members and our clients
  • Maintain the brand identity and integrity for clients
  • Design and maintain client websites and landing page (on Wix, WordPress, and/or HubSpot) 
  • Assist in the development of HubSpot landing pages, forms, sometimes working with technical consultants to develop a final product using CSS 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to inform and assist in the development of design strategies for Aimtal’s clients that result in high engagement and performance
  • Provide excellent client services and support 

About You

You may be a good fit for this role if…

  • You have a passion for graphic design, and when you create, you always think of the person who will experience the content you produce. 
  • You have at least 3 years of graphic design experience, preferably within an agency setting.
  • You are comfortable with change and innovation.
  • You can identify and understand big picture ideas as well as the granular details.
  • You’re detail-oriented, especially in relation to alignment, typography, and layout. You can spot an extra space or an off-center design element from a mile away. 
  • You have experience using digital tools for marketing and design like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Final Cut Pro, Canva, Trello, Slack, HubSpot, and Wix.  
  • You can handle rejection from clients and pivot to meet their requests when needed.
  • You can effectively self-manage your tasks and deadlines and prefer to work remotely. 
  • You’re tech-savvy and like to stay in-the-know with the latest digital trends and technology. 
  • You are comfortable and effective at presenting on online platforms, such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
  • You’re able to communicate and collaborate with internal teams and clients across multiple time zones and can work hours aligning with the Eastern Time Zone.

  • Bonus points if you have…
    • Branding experience
    • Video editing and/or animation experience
    • Website design and development experience and basic to intermediate knowledge of CSS and HMTL
    • UI/UX experience
