About The Role:

Aimtal is looking for an experienced Social Media & Content Strategist to support our team with a variety of exciting projects. We’re looking for a qualified candidate to start as a contractor then grow into full-time based on performance and to become an integral part of the agency.

We’re looking for someone who can jump in with both feet and wow us with their writing skills, creativity, and resourcefulness. You will work closely with our account managers to write content for a variety of marketing projects for our clients including, but not limited to, social media, whitepapers and downloadable ebooks, blogs, email copy, video scripts, and case studies. The ideal candidate has a passion for marketing and is able to turn technical information and ideas into compelling, easy-to-understand insights for our clients’ audiences. 

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Research, write, create, and edit various types of content such as blogs, social media copy, eBooks, downloadable guides, landing pages, and emails 
  • Inform and assist in the development of content strategies for Aimtal’s clients that result in high engagement and performance 
  • Create unique, high-quality content for social media for Aimtal’s clients 
  • Support the management and growth of social media channels for Aimtal’s client (Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram) 
  • Evaluate and measure the success of social media and content projects 
  • Provide excellent client services and support

About You

You may be a good fit for this role if…

  • You have a passion to create, and when you create, you always think of the person who will experience the content you produce.
  • You have at least 3 years of content marketing experience — bonus points if that experience was in the B2B tech industry.
  • You can identify and understand big picture ideas as well as the granular details (your friends say you’re always the one to find a typo).
  • You’re technically savvy and like to stay in-the-know with the latest digital trends and technology.
  • You have used (and like to use) digital and marketing tools like Trello, Slack, HubSpot, MailChimp, and WordPress.
  • You can effectively self-manage your tasks and deadlines and prefer to work remotely.
  • You demonstrate the following qualities and skills:
    • A collaborative spirit and focus on community
    • Intellectual curiosity and analytical strength
    • Creativity to generate new solutions to existing challenges
    • Growth in both professional and personal endeavors
