Aimtal is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team. If you love creating and analyzing high-quality content and multi-channel marketing campaigns, then keep reading!

We’re looking for someone who can jump in with both feet and blow our socks off with their marketing skills, creativity, analytical mindset, and resourcefulness. You will work closely with our account managers on many client projects to create, execute, and analyze content and marketing campaigns for a variety of channels including, but not limited to social media, digital advertising, websites, blogs, email, videos, and long-form content like guides, whitepapers, or case studies.

The ideal candidate has a passion for marketing and is able to turn technical information and ideas into compelling, easy-to-understand insights for our clients’ audiences.

Your main responsibilities will include:


  • Assist in the planning and execution of all digital marketing activities for clients, including  social media, lead generation funnels, SEO/SEM, email, and paid advertising
  • Manage social media channels (including content creation) for clients
  • Assist in creating, monitoring, and reporting on advertising campaigns for the various types of content noted above
  • Assist in researching, copywriting, and analyzing various types of content such as social media posts, blogs, advertising captions, landing pages, and emails
  • Assist in reporting performance of all digital and content marketing campaigns, and assess against client goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Utilize strong analytical skills to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch-points
  • Inform and assist in the development of digital and content strategies for Aimtal’s clients that result in high engagement and performance
  • Ability to assist with other marketing tasks, such as image creation if needed
  • Perform and execute various marketing administrative tasks
  • Provide excellent client services and support

About You

You may be a good fit for this role if…

  • You have 1-3 years of marketing experience, preferably in the business-to-business (B2B) sector, tech industry, and/or a related field
  • You have experience working at a marketing agency
  • You can identify and understand big picture ideas as well as the granular details (your friends say you’re always the one to find a typo)
  • You’re tech-savvy and like to stay in-the-know with the latest digital trends and technology
  • You have used (and like to use) digital and marketing technology tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, Sprout Social, and WordPress
  • You have experience in setting up, using, and optimizing Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and social media tracking codes for advertising and websites
  • You have experience with paid advertising on social media platforms and Google
  • You demonstrate the following qualities and skills:
