Aimtal is looking for an experienced Digital Advertising Manager to join our team. If you have a passion for digital advertising and leading integrated marketing campaigns, then keep reading!

We’re looking for someone who can jump in with both feet and blow our socks off with their marketing and advertising skills, creativity, analytical mindset, and resourcefulness.

You will work closely with our account managers on many client projects to create, execute, and analyze lead generation and advertising campaigns for a variety of channels including social media, Google, and YouTube.

The ideal candidate has a passion for digital marketing and is able to turn technical information and ideas into compelling, enticing lead generation campaigns for our clients’ audiences.

About The Role

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Plan and execute all digital advertising responsibilities for clients, including lead generation funnels, social media marketing, and digital advertising campaigns (for social media and Google) 
  • Create, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns, specifically for Google Text and Google Display, for multiple clients 
  • Research keyword and audience targeting opportunities 
  • Measure and report performance of all advertising campaigns, and assess against client goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Make informed recommendations on digital advertising strategies 
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Monitor budget and adjust bids to gain better ROI
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience for conversion
  • Utilize strong analytical skills to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch-points
  • Inform and assist in the development of digital strategies for Aimtal’s clients that result in high engagement and performance 
  • Ability to assist with other marketing tasks, such as engagement monitoring and/or image creation, if needed
  • Perform and execute various marketing administrative tasks
  • Provide excellent client services and support 

About You

You may be a good fit for this role if…

  • You have at least 3 years of social media and digital advertising experience, preferably in the business-to-business (B2B) sector, tech industry, and/or a related field.
  • You have experience working in an agency environment.
  • You can identify and understand big picture ideas as well as the granular details (your friends say you’re always the one to find a typo).  
  • You’re tech-savvy and like to stay in-the-know with the latest digital trends and technology. 
  • You have used (and like to use) digital and marketing technology (“martech”) tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, and Google Ads. 
  • Experience in setting up, using, and optimizing Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and social media tracking codes for advertising and websites.
  • You can effectively self-manage your tasks and deadlines and prefer to work remotely. 
  • You demonstrate the following qualities and skills:
