Aimtal is looking for an experienced Content Marketing Strategist to support our team with a variety of exciting projects. This is a full-time, fully remote position. If you love creating and analyzing high-quality content for a variety of channels, then keep reading!

We’re looking for someone who can jump in with both feet and wow us with their copywriting skills, creativity, and resourcefulness. You will work closely with our Senior Content Marketing Manager, Account Managers, and Content Team to write content for a variety of marketing projects for our clients including, but not limited to, social media, whitepapers, and downloadable ebooks, blogs, email, video scripts, website pages, advertising, and case studies.

The ideal candidate has a passion for marketing and is able to turn technical information and ideas into compelling, easy-to-understand insights for our clients’ audiences.

About The Role

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Research, write, create, and edit various types of content such as blogs, social media copy, eBooks, downloadable guides, landing pages, and emails.
  • Inform and assist in the development and execution of content strategies for Aimtal’s clients that result in high engagement and performance.
  • Perform keyword research including discovery and opportunities in order to optimize copy and landing pages for search engine optimization.
  • Monitor SEO performance for blog posts and webpages on a monthly and quarterly basis for Aimtal’s clients.
  • Develop and implement link building strategies for Aimtal’s clients.
  • Create unique, high-quality content for social media for Aimtal’s clients.
  • Support the management and growth of social media channels for Aimtal’s client (Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram).
  • Support the management of blog editorial processes including editing, SEO auditing, uploading, and analyzing content.
  • Evaluate and measure the success of social media, website pages, blog posts, lead generation campaigns, and other content projects.
  • Perform and execute various content marketing tasks.
  • Provide excellent client services and support.

About You

You may be a good fit for this role if…

  • You have a passion to create, and when you create, you always think of the person who will experience the content you produce. 
  • You have at least 3 years of content marketing or copywriting experience — bonus points if that experience was in the B2B tech industry.
  • You have SEO experience and are familiar with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
  • Experience in setting up, using, and optimizing Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
  • You can identify and understand big picture ideas as well as the granular details (your friends say you’re always the one to spot a typo).  
  • You’re technically-savvy and like to stay in-the-know with the latest digital trends and technology. 
  • You have used (and like to use) digital and marketing tools like Google Analytics, Trello, Slack, HubSpot, MailChimp, and WordPress. 
  • You can effectively self-manage your tasks and deadlines and prefer to work remotely.
  • You demonstrate the following qualities and skills:
