About The Role

Aimtal is looking for an experienced Account Manager to support our clients and the internal team. We’re looking for a qualified candidate to start as a contractor then grow into full-time based on performance and to become an integral part of the agency.

We’re looking for someone who has a passion for client services and executing innovative marketing strategies alongside an expert team. As an account manager, your role will be to coordinate people and processes to ensure that our projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results. You will work closely with the internal team at Aimtal to create and execute high quality, award-winning marketing campaigns and content for our clients. To succeed in this position, you should have exceptional communication, organizational, and collaboration skills. 

The ideal candidate has a passion for marketing, loves to build rapport, develop high-quality marketing campaigns, and keep everyone on their team motivated.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Operate as the lead point of contact for specific clients, relaying all information back to the appropriate members of the Aimtal team
  • Coordinate with internal team to provide an exceptional level of service for all client projects
  • Manage client projects and ensure all projects and tasks are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget
  • Monitor and manage client satisfaction in order to ensure a high level of service and support
  • Oversee, plan, implement, execute, approve, and evaluate marketing strategies and campaigns for clients 
  • Coordinate and manage a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, paid advertising, event management, social media, lead generation campaigns, and websites
  • Measure and report on the performance of client marketing campaigns and projects 
  • Host and lead client meetings 
  • Prepare client status updates and meeting agendas 
  • Develop and execute detailed project plans to track progress
  • Collaborate with internal and leadership team to estimate the level of effort and scope for projects and tasks 
  • Monitor and research industry trends, changes, and competitor actions that might affect clients
  • Perform and execute various marketing and administrative tasks

About You

You may be a good fit for this role if…


  • You have at least 4 years of account management experience, preferably at a marketing agency 
  • You have experience working with companies in the B2B industry, preferably technology or SaaS companies 
  • You can identify and understand big picture ideas as well as granular information. You pride yourself on your attention to detail. 
  • You’re technically savvy and like to stay updated with the latest digital trends and technology
  • You use (and like to use) digital and marketing tools like Trello, Slack, HubSpot, Sprout Social, MailChimp, and Google Analytics 
  • You can effectively self-manage your tasks and deadlines and prefer to work remotely.
  • You have excellent client-facing and internal team communication skills 
  • You have written and verbal communication skills, especially for online channels 
  • You’re comfortable and effective at presenting on online platforms, such as Zoom or Webex meetings
  • You have the following qualities and skills: 
    • Intellectual curiosity and analytical strength 
    • Creativity and ambition to generate new solutions to existing and potential challenges
    • Ability to easily embrace change
