About The Role

Aimtal is looking for an Account Manager to join our team. If you have a passion for marketing and client relations, then keep reading! 

We’re looking for someone who can jump in with both feet and blow our socks off with their marketing and advertising skills, creativity, analytical mindset, and resourcefulness. You will work closely with our account managers on many client projects to create, execute, and analyze multi-channel marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate has a passion for coordinating projects and helping carry out social media strategies.

Your main responsibilities will include:

 

  • Be the main point of contact for clients and provide a consultative approach to developing and leading marketing strategies 
  • Lead client calls and coordinate action items
  • Monitor and manage client satisfaction in order to ensure a high level of service and support
  • Map out project plans on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
  • Coordinate and manage the marketing activities for client projects like content creation, paid advertising, social media, lead generation campaigns, and websites
  • Regularly update internal project management systems and tools to reflect the client workload and projects in progress
  • Communicate status updates to team members across the content, design, and lead generation teams
  • Ensure projects are being completed and delivered to clients on time and following our set systems and processes
  • Measure and report on the performance of client marketing campaigns and projects 
  • Perform and execute various marketing administrative tasks
  • Ability to assist with other marketing tasks if needed, such as:
    • Research client industry and competitor strategies
    • Brainstorm new ideas for our clients
    • Assemble marketing campaign plans

About You

You may be a good fit for this role if…

  • You have at least 3 years of client relations experience, preferably in the business-to-business (B2B) sector, tech industry, and/or a related field.
  • You have experience working in an agency environment.
  • You can identify and understand big picture ideas as well as the granular details (your friends say you’re always the one to find a typo).  
  • You’re tech-savvy and like to stay in the know with the latest digital trends and technology. 
  • You have used (and like to use) digital and marketing technology tools like Trello, HubSpot, Google Analytics, and Google Ads. 
  • You can effectively self-manage your tasks and deadlines and prefer to work remotely. 
  • You demonstrate the following qualities and skills:
    • Leadership and an ability to inspire others 
    • A collaborative spirit and focus on community
    • Intellectual curiosity and analytical strength 
    • Creativity to generate new solutions to existing challenges 
    • Growth in both professional and personal endeavors
